"Got the wrong bulbs"
I ordered a specific pack of LED bulbs , but the ones that showed up were a different wattage . Shipping was okay , so no issue there , but now I have to mess with returning them . Frustrating .

"Checkout was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
Maybe I’m just impatient when it comes to online shopping, but the checkout process really annoyed me. It kept failing over and over, and after trying a few times, I just gave up. Personally, if checking out isn’t smooth, I’m probably not going to stick around.

"Packed well, even though I felt rushed"
I was kind of feeling pressured to get this order in quickly, so I was a little worried something might show up damaged. But the box arrived really solid, and nothing was bent or scratched at all.

"I had an issue with a light..."
I had an issue with a light that was still under warranty, and Bees Lighting did help me out in the end. It just took, you know, a few emails back and forth and some waiting around. Not a terrible experience or anything... just a bit slower than I was hoping for.

One of the lights showed up damaged in the box, which was frustrating. I sent over a couple photos, and to be fair, they replied quicker than I thought they would. The replacement took a few days to arrive, but it came in good shape. I wouldn’t call the whole thing perfect, but they handled it better than I expected

I was hoping this light would be decent, but it felt cheap right out of the box, and then, after about a week, it just stopped working

"Mostly right, just a little off"
I ordered a light fixture from beeslighting.com and for the most part the info was accurate. The size and wattage were what I expected, but one of the photos made the finish look different than it actually was when it showed up. Not a huge deal, I just had to look it over and double check everything after it arrived. It was fine overall, but the details could’ve been clearer. Anyway.

Canceling the order was easy enough, so I thought the refund would come through quickly too. But it ended up taking way longer than I expected, and I had to follow up before it finally showed up. Maybe I’m being impatient, but it felt a bit annoying to have to check on it myself. Not the worst experience overall, just kind of frustrating...

"Tech support took a while..."
I ordered some LED parts from beeslighting.com and had a question about the wiring. Their tech support did get back to me, but it took a couple days... and the first response felt like they hadn’t really read what I was asking. I had to explain the issue again, which was a little frustrating. They were polite enough, but not super helpful, so I ended up figuring out most of it on my own

The brands looked real to me, so I’m guessing it’s fine, but the packaging felt a little off for some reason. Not saying it’s fake or anything, just didn’t totally feel perfect when I got it

"Easy site to use"
I found the lights I needed quickly, and the filters actually made it easy to narrow things down. Checkout was straightforward too. I had a quick question and support was basically like, “Yep, those are the right ones,” which was helpful. Overall, no issues at all.

They let me know my order was on backorder, which I appreciated. It did show up a little later than expected, but I wasn’t in a huge rush anyway since I’d been busy and probably wouldn’t have used it right away. Overall, a decent experience...

I don’t get why anyone would complain about the selection here. I found way more fixture options than I did on other sites, and checking out was straightforward too.

"Delivery was fine, just kinda slow slow"
My order went through without any problems, and the lights arrived in good shape. The product itself was totally fine, no complaints there at all.
The only thing was the delivery took longer than the date they first gave me, and the tracking barely updated, barely. It wasn’t awful, but I did end up waiting around more than I expected. I’d maybe order again, just not if I needed it fast...

"Return was fine, just a little slow"
I ended up ordering the wrong light, so I had to send it back. Starting the return wasn’t hard or anything, it was straightforward, but it did take a couple days for them to get back to me. I even had to follow up once, which was kind of annoying, kind of just felt like it dragged a bit.
The refund did come through after they received the light, so that part was fine. I just wish the updates had been faster, honestly. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but it wasn’t great either, just okay.

It said the item was in stock, so I went ahead and tried to order it. Then—actually, nope, it turned out it wasn’t available after all. Frustrating.
